Free 30-Day Return Policy

At Capsuline, we are sure that you will enjoy your purchase! However, if for some reason you wish to return our products, we do have a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Restrictions do apply, so be sure to review all the info below. Please email us: info@capsuline.com to make arrangements for any return.

Overview

Returns are accepted no more than 30 days from the day you received it. Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after we receive the returned items in our warehouse.
Free returns are only applicable within the continental United States - excludes international and bulk orders.
Capsules, herbs, supplements, and vitamins must be in the original, unopened packaging. Products in any other condition cannot be returned. This is due to the fact that these are food-grade products made to exacting standards for human consumption.
All other items must be in the original packaging and in perfect unused working condition.

Broken Items

Proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo displaying the label on the product with the packing slip, please email your photo to info@capsuline.com with all order information and a customer service representative will contact you with a resolution.
