  • Fill material: The ingredient(s) you intend to fill the capsules with. Some examples are green tea, beetroot, or echinacea.
  • Mortar and pestle: If your ingredients are not in powder form, using a mortar and pestle can assist in achieving a fine and uniform texture.
  • Storage container: Use a dark glass container for storing the capsules once they are filled.
STEP 1

Prepare your ingredients

Put the ingredients thoroughly mixed and evenly distributed in a bowl.

Separate the empty capsules

Separate the empty capsules into their cap and body halves.

Fill each capsule manually

Fill the body (largest part), pushing it down into the filling material until it feels pretty solid.
